Achieve more together

Good and successful cooperation with universities, institutions and associations, usually over many years, is important to us, to bring the topic of welding by ultrasonic closer to as many users as possible and to continue to promote the technology.

As a recognized technology leader for ultrasonic welding systems, MS Ultraschall Technologie GmbH supports research and development projects. The emphasis is on testing and utilizing new possible applications for ultrasonic technology.

Beyond that, MS also supports education at universities, to give students access to ultrasonic technology early on and to therefore convince future users of the diversity and capabilities of the systems.

Ultrasonic welding machine for foils handed over to RWTH Aachen University

MS Ultraschall hands over ultrasonic welding machine MS sonxTOP to RWTH Aachen. This enables the Institute of Plastics Processing in the research area of joining technology to implement its innovative research activities and answer important questions arising from industry.

The MS ultrasonic welding machine is equipped with a patented servo-electric drive and can weld with both force and speed control.
