MS sonxSYS SEAL straight

The requirements for sealing films, especially in the food industry, are high. With the MS sonxSYS SEAL straight ultrasonic module, MS Ultrasonic guarantees you a precise seam design, which can be either firm or peelable, for longitudinal seams on pouch packaging (fin seam) and top seams on sealing pouches on a roll with tear perforation, for applications with films but also paper composites and nonwovens.

The compact and ready-to-integrate module uses MS “Carbon Hinge” technology, which ensures virtually wear-free guidance. It consists of a resonant unit and a complete anvil force control structure. The sonotrode is driven by the powerfull  MS sonxGEN continuous sonic generator.
